You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your bike or accessories leave our warehouse.

How long does delivery take?

  • Metro Areas: 3–7 business days

  • Regional Areas: 5–10 business days
     We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier partners.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Shipping is FREE on all eBike orders over $2,000 AUD.
Accessories-only orders have a flat shipping fee of $15 AUD.


eBike Questions

How much assembly is required when my bike arrives?
Your Urban Tide eBike ships 85% assembled.
Basic setup (like attaching pedals and adjusting handlebars) is simple with the included manual.
We recommend having a local bike shop check your setup if you're unsure.

What’s the battery range?
Depending on the model, battery range varies from up to 120km to 180km per charge under ideal conditions.
Actual range depends on terrain, rider weight, assist level, and weather.

Is there a warranty on the bikes?
Yes!
All Urban Tide eBikes come with:

  • 2-Year Warranty on frame and motor

  • 1-Year Warranty on battery and electronics


Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and popular Buy Now, Pay Later options like Afterpay and Zip (coming soon).

Can I return my bike if I change my mind?
If your bike is unused and in original condition, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
