Every eBike sold by Urban Tide comes with a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty, offering you peace of mind for every ride.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Motor, controller, and electrical faults not caused by misuse

  • Battery issues (manufacturing defects) within the warranty period

  • Frame cracks due to normal riding conditions


What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, brake pads, cables)

  • Improper assembly not performed according to provided instructions

  • Water damage from submersion or high-pressure washing

  • Commercial or rental use (unless separately agreed)


Warranty Claims Process

  1. Contact our support team at [support@urbantidebikes.com.au] with your order number, photos, and description of the issue.

  2. Our team will assess the claim and may request further details.

  3. If approved, we’ll arrange for repair, replacement parts, or a full unit replacement depending on the situation.

  4. Warranty repairs are provided at no cost to you, including standard shipping of replacement parts (where applicable).

Important:
 Warranty only applies to the original owner and is non-transferable.
