Motor, controller, and electrical faults not caused by misuse

Battery issues (manufacturing defects) within the warranty period

Frame cracks due to normal riding conditions
What’s Not Covered:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, brake pads, cables)

Improper assembly not performed according to provided instructions

Water damage from submersion or high-pressure washing

Commercial or rental use (unless separately agreed)
Warranty Claims Process
